Chili Garlic Salmon

Quick & Easy Salmon Dinner

•Preheat oven to 400° •Chop & toss sweet potatoes in avocado oil + salt (you know I used my Redmond Real Salt ). Bake until golden, stir every 10 mins or whenever you think about it.

Salmon Rub

•3 garlic cloves •½ tsp chili powder • ½ tsp smoked paprika • dash cayenne • 1 tsp salt • 2 tsp coconut sugar • 1tbsp avocado oil

Coat salmon in rub + bake. Mine took 7 minutes but time will vary depending on thickness

Toss together a simple salad with whatever veggies in the fridge + nuts if it sounds good. A little drizzle of avocado or olive oil + balsamic for dressing.
